Recipe ~ Gingerbread Waffles

Spice up a cold winter morning with a batch of these homemade Gingerbread Waffles. These are delicious fresh, but if you don't have time, make them on the weekend, once cooled, place them in a ziplock baggie. When your tummy says it's hungry, all you have to do is pop one in the toaster!! Try it with our Elizabethan Lemon Curd imported from England...it's delish!!
