It's Teacup Thursday!! Today, I'd like to share with you a few pictures of the second teacup that I received for my birthday last week.  It's made in England and I believe that the brand is Tuscan.
I love the daintiness of this print and its shape! It's very fun to sip tea out of!!

    Wow this is very pretty! I am so sorry to have had trouble posting today! My photo gallery allotment ran out and had to pay for more space. After that - some of my post vanished and I had to start again but can't add the rest of the photos as yet - maybe after 24 hours it said.

    Roses are perfect on teacups. Teacups are perfect for gifts. I hope you enjoy your tea from this pretty cup, often.

    That's beautiful! I love vintage english teacups but in my country, it's hard to find the seller. Do you know where I can buy teacups online, except ebay, etsy, etc?

      When we purchase online, we usually use ebay.... don't know of any other websites except the ones you mentioned...

Last of the Summer Rose: Rose Ice Cream Recipe

The Last of the Summer Roses are Here!  Here's a Recipe for you to enjoy with the last of this year's roses.  Rose Petal Ice Cream 2 C Heavy Cream 1 C Sugar 1 C Rose Petals 2 Tea Spoons of Rose Congou Black Tea 1-2 drops of food coloring In a heavy bottomed saucepan heat milk, sugar, rose petals and Rose Congou Black Tea over moderate heat until almost boiling.   Take off stove; place a lid on top and steep for 20 minutes.   Strain, place in fridge to cool; then process in an ice cream maker.   Serve in chilled glasses with a few rose petals for garnish.   Yields 4 servings.   Keep in mind, the cream makes this Ice Cream rich, so a votive cup of Ice Cream is a perfect serving size.  Enjoy!
