Recipe ~Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecan Topping - A Family Favorite!!
Potato Mixture
3 C Cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 C Sugar
1/2 C Butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 C Milk
Cinnamon to Taste
Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Pour into a buttered 2 Quart casserole dish. Then, mix topping (below) and crumble over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Topping
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C flour
2 1/2 TBSP melted Butter
1/2 C Pecans, chopped
